About 7th Epsom
The 7th Epsom (Methodist) Scout Group has an illustrious history reaching back to 1927. Since then we have evolved into a modern and socially responsible Group that offers all young people from 6 to 18 years of age the opportunity to have fun, adventure and develop skills for life.
Scouting is an inclusive, values-based movement and membership is open to all those who share our fundamental values. We are based at Epsom Methodist Church, and with our modern and well-equipped headquarters, we are able to offer many activities on-site as well as using a number of different locations in the area.
The Group is led by the Group Executive Committee, along with the help of many other volunteers.
We urgently need more adults to lend their skills and enthusiasm as Assistant Leaders and regular helpers, please get in touch if you are willing and able to join our great team.
Besides weekly meetings for Beaver, Cub, Scout and Explorer sections, there are many other activities and events throughout the year like spring and summer camps, Water Weekend and various sporting competitions. You can find out more about us by downloading our Five-Year Plan here
The Group is part of The Scout Association and is a separate registered charity.
